Uses– Steri Sterilizers are ideal for use in hospitals, clinics, and laboratories, among other places. They’re made to sterilize a variety of products, including packaged and unwrapped products, devices and utensils, and so on.

Construction– Heavy-duty stainless steel 304/316 is used to construct the chamber. Triple-walled Horizontal Rectangular Autoclaves are available in a variety of sizes. Our autoclave’s outside body is made of a thick gauge stainless steel sheet in the SS-304 grade. The inner chamber is also made Of an SS-304 grade heavy gauge stainless steel sheet. The middle wall is made of an SS-304 grade S stainless steel sheet, which is strong and sturdy. These are steam stocking models with a three-way valve for controlling the autoclave’s sterilization cycle. Mineral glasses, as well as wool insulation, are used to insulate our autoclaves.

All of our autoclaves have a strong lid made of a thick stainless steel plate with a double safety radial locking arrangement that ensures easy and smooth opening and closing. The Autoclave’s Steam Generator is also made of a Stainless Steel Sheet of Grade SS-304. As standard, all of our horizontal autoclaves come with a pressure gauge, a pressure release valve, an automatic pressure control switch, a vacuum breaker, and a steam trap. The unit is mounted on a tube stand made of high-quality steel that has been pre-treated with rust-preventative primers and painted with stove enamel.

Pressure Control– The pressure inside our horizontal autoclave is controlled by a Piezostat, a semi-automated electromechanical device that controls the pressure inside the chamber and cuts off the current from the heater whenever the pressure exceeds the autoclave’s set pressure value, making it very safe and energy-efficient.

Doors– The sterilizer comes with a single or double door made of 304/316 stainless steel. The door features a mechanism that stops it from opening when the chamber is under pressure.

Fittings– The temperature of the saturated steam produced in the Steri Horizontal Rectangular Autoclave rise to 121C producing 524 calories. This is the pressure inside the vessel at 15 pounds per square inch.
