UltraSonic Cleaner

UltraSonic Cleaner

We are leading ultrasonic cleaner manufacturer, supplier and exporter, our cleaning devices are ideal for cleaning variety of industrial and medical particles. An ultrasonicator works on the principle of ultrasound frequency (usually 20-40 kHz). Here Electrical energy is converted into ultrasound waves by means of ultrasonic transducers. These devices are constructed with carefully selected, high-quality materials that are thoroughly inspected by quality experts to ensure that the machines are of the highest possible quality.

Description

Our offered ultra sonic cleaner is simple to use and comes with self-explanatory symbols. We thoroughly inspect the entire line of equipment on a variety of aspects, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality ultrasonic cleaning equipment. The ultrasonic cleaning machines are precision-engineered, dimensionally exact, and built to last. These are made from the highest quality raw materials and are created in accordance with industry standards.

Ultra Sonic Cuts Down Cleaning Time By Up To 90%

Ultrasonic Cleaner is based on the cavitation effect caused by high-frequency ultrasonic wave vibration signals in fluid. Microscopic bubbles formed and they implode violently that cause Cavitation, which gives out great impact to the cleaning subject and provides an intense scrubbing action on the surface of the cleaning subject. Additionally, the bubbles are small enough to penetrate even microscopic crevices, cleaning them thoroughly and consistently.

An Ultrasonic Cleaner consists of a tank (different sizes), removable tray/basket, and motor circuit for component cleaning. The cleaning tank is filled with warm water or a cleaning solution to begin the cleaning process. Non-ionic surfactants and detergents can be used in cleaning solutions. The components can then be placed in a tiny basket and placed within the tank.

Our ultrasonic cleaner machines are ideal for cleaning a variety of industrial parts with precision. These devices are extremely successful in removing foreign particles from components. It can clean brass, stainless steel, and aluminium parts of oil, grease, and dust.

These cleaning machines also reduce the time it takes to clean parts by half and boost productivity. Ultrasonic cleaning equipment is a safe and effective alternative to mechanical part washing. The benefit of this method is that poisonous compounds are replaced with biodegradable alkaline chemicals.

How it Works

Ultrasonic cleaners function by cavitating a fluid solution with high frequency sound waves, commonly pitched around 18 kHz. They are more efficient and environmentally friendly than traditional methods. Because ultrasonic cleaning isn’t always effective on its own, it’s occasionally used in conjunction with aqueous cleaning solutions. In either case, sound waves vibrate the fluid, causing cavitation and the formation of small bubbles. Cavitation causes tiny bubbles to form, which then erupt, eliminating particles from previously unreachable locations (ex. hidden parts, areas too narrow, grooves, etc.). This works because the explosion mimics a very precise and consistent cleaning operation.

Equipment Components

All ultrasonic equipment, regardless of kind, is powered by three fundamental components: a transducer, a generator, and an immersion tank. The cleaner’s work begins with the transducer, which turns electricity into high-frequency sound waves to create cavitation, or bubble production, and is powered by the generator. As a technique of introducing sound waves, it can either be mounted to the tank or lowered into the fluid. An immersible transducer can be dropped straight into liquids. An ultrasonic conductive fluid, most often a hot cleaning solution, a water-based cleaning solution, or an evaporated and condensed solvent, is contained in the ultrasonic tank. The cleaning action is eventually performed by an agitated mixture of the fluid and the generated bubbles.

How to Make Use of It

Ultrasonic cleaners are simple to operate. Simply place the items to be cleaned in the tank, turn on the system, and the cleaning process will begin. Control knobs or digital controls can be used to turn on the system. You can also vary the quantity and size of bubbles or collapse them entirely by adjusting sound wave frequencies. Because the frequency and the number of implosions are directly related, ultrasonic cleaning provides a high level of process control; higher frequencies are preferable for eliminating very minute particles.
